    EXCHANGE POLICY

    At Nelabeach, we want you to be happy with your purchases.

    That is why we offer you to exchange the item for another color, size, or another different item, within 14 business days of receiving the purchase. 

    Or obtain a voucher without expiration for the same amount, to redeem it later in our physical store, or on the website.

    We do not accept returns, except for damaged merchandise.

        Remember that the person who comes to pick up the order must present their identification document, whether they are the buyer or another person coming in their place.

    • Local home delivery (Within Mallorca)-€2.99.
    • Standard home delivery (Peninsula and Islands) - €3.95
    Within 1-3 business days of purchase.
    • Delivery to the rest of Europe €9.95.
    • Outside Europe €14.95
    In approximately 1 week.
    • FREE SHIPPING IN THE PENINSULA AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS FOR ALL ORDERS OVER €50.

    Our goal is to deliver in 48/72 hours, all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 9 p.m. Where this is not possible, we will show you the estimated delivery time at the time of purchase.

    HOW TO CHANGE AN ITEM?

        A. You can change your order in the NELABEACH store. This option is free.

    You will only have to present the items you want to return along with the purchase receipt, or in electronic format. You can take it on your mobile or printed.

    Remember that to exchange in store it is not necessary to make a request on the website.

    Keep in mind that if you cannot go to the store, the person you choose can do it in your place.

    B. If you decide to request the exchange from www.nelabeach.com, access your order and select the item you want to return and the size or model for which you would like to exchange it.

    • A carrier will pick up your order to be changed, and will deliver the new order in the same shipment.

    The amount to be paid by the customer will be €3.95, within Spain, and €14.95 for the rest of Europe, which will be charged in the item exchange process.

    The period to return the original merchandise is 14 days from receipt of the product.

    The ONLINE EXCHANGE option will be available for orders placed as a registered customer and paid with: American Express, Affinity Card, JCB, Klarna, MasterCard and VISA (some of these payment methods may not be available in your country/region).

    • If you have made the purchase with registration: log in with your username and password. From the order details you can request the change. A carrier will pick up your order.
    • You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.
    • If more than 14 days pass and you do not have the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to present it to your bank so they can help you expedite the process.

      You can change the size or color of your items. If you prefer an exchange for a different garment, you must request a return and make a new purchase.

    • How can you access your purchase receipt?

      • If you have a NELABEACH account, Log in with your username and password. In the details of the order you want to return, you will have the option to download your electronic ticket.
      • If you have made the purchase as a guest, you can find the receipt in the shipment, in the emails we have sent you about your order.

    SPECIAL CONDITIONS

    • Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, must meet the following conditions to be returned:

      • Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
      • Underwear: Underwear items cannot be exchanged or returned.
      • Customizable items: As these are personalized garments, it will not be possible to make changes or returns on them.

      Damage to merchandise

      If merchandise is damaged, please contact our customer service team at sales@nelabeach to begin the return process.

        You will receive updates on the status of your order by email.

        You can also access this information in the "my account" section. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email to track.

        From Nelabeach we try to reach every corner. If your delivery address has any shipping restrictions, you will see this at checkout.
